Senior Product Marketing Manager - Commercial Acceleration

At Pleo, Product Marketing connects product innovation with commercial success. In this role, you’ll drive impactful strategies that empower teams across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, ensuring cohesive messaging and tools that support product acquisition, adoption, retention, and monetisation. This is a prime opportunity to shape Pleo’s approach to commercial execution as we scale and maintain alignment across all customer-facing channels.

This role focuses on crafting strategic solutions based on data and customer insights, enabling teams to accelerate Pleo’s growth while maintaining alignment between Marketing, Sales, and Product teams. From building pitches to refining ICP’s and pricing strategies, this position keeps our products relevant, impactful, and scalable in competitive markets.

You’ll thrive in this role if you…

  • Have a strong product marketing background, with experience of working closely with Sales, CX, or other commercial teams
  • Are highly data-driven, capable of developing strategies informed by pipeline metrics, conversion data, and customer insights
  • Bring expertise in sales enablement and cross-channel campaigns
  • Know how to create impactful pitches and messaging that resonate across a variety of channels
  • Have a proven ability to optimise pricing and product adoption strategies while ensuring messaging aligns with market conditions and customer needs
  • Love crafting solutions that scale across product launches, pitches, and marketing content while ensuring all channels are aligned
  • Have a deep curiosity about market dynamics, customer behaviour, and ways to continuously improve your approach
  • Are collaborative, proactive, and thrive in cross-functional settings

Things you’ll be doing

  • Actively bridge Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to create cohesive commercial strategies and go-to-market (GTM) plans
  • Optimise pitches for products and value bundles across features like sub-wallets, vendor cards, and renewals, ensuring alignment with the market and customer needs
  • Analyse customer insights and adoption metrics to refine sales angles, drive pricing optimisation, and fine-tune messaging strategies
  • Keep intact a consistent customer experience across all channels
  • Work closely with our team of Product Marketing Managers to pull data, insights, and messaging into unified pitches and strategies
  • Review data to measure conversion rates, uncover areas for growth, and adapt strategies to pull in the right leads
  • Think creatively about campaigns and initiatives which can drive customer value
  • Collaborate with sales and product stakeholders to ensure pricing reflects customer needs and optimises monetisation
  • Consistently gather customer feedback and competitor data to inform decision-making
